Milestones
From a single trading line in 2008 to a complete chain of cold rolling, hot rolling, finishing and processing — every expansion was driven by customer demand.
Key Milestones
Company Founded
Established in the Chao'an Economic Development Zone, Chaozhou, Guangdong, starting out in stainless steel trading and serving local hardware, kitchenware and architectural decoration customers.
First Cold Rolling Line Commissioned
Moved from trading into manufacturing, gained in-house production capacity for 2B / BA cold-rolled coils, and began taking direct export orders.
International Trade Department Established
First orders shipped to the Philippines and Vietnam, built a Southeast Asia sales and service network, and set up export processes and documentation systems.
Hot Rolling and Finishing Lines Commissioned
Added hot-rolled coil, sheet and circle capabilities, forming a full-form supply of "coil — sheet — circle", with lines increased to 8.
Passed ISO 9001 Certification
Quality and documentation systems meet export standards such as EN 10088 / ASTM A240, opening up European and Middle East markets.
Annual capacity 2 million tons
12 lines running at full capacity, 30,000㎡ plant, exports to 60+ countries and regions.
Scale changes
Expansion follows the customer's longest wait: delivery first (in-house cold rolling), then form (hot rolling and finishing), then capacity (thin-gauge scheduling).
The logic behind each milestone
- 2012 in-house cold rolling line: in trading, delivery and surface quality were uncontrollable; with our own line, promises have a basis
- 2016 international trade department: exports need dedicated handling of standards, inspection and documents—part-time can't build a system
- 2019: Added hot rolling and finishing — buyers prefer full packages, so single-form suppliers struggle to make project shortlists
- 2022: Added system certifications — document systems must meet standards first to enter Europe and Middle East markets
- 2025: Capacity raised to 2 million tons — new capacity mainly cuts scheduling waits for thin specs and custom parts
